Ms. Wicker, an AV rated attorney by her peers, Founder and Principal of Wicker Law Firm P.A., has been representing the interests of individuals, corporations and insurance carriers for over 20 years. Ms. Wicker was born and raised in Miami, Florida, where she lived until she attended college at Samford University. Following her education at Samford University, Ms. Wicker attended law school at the Cumberland School of Law, in Birmingham, Alabama. Upon admission to the Florida Bar in 1982, she joined the law firm of Wicker, Smith, Blomqvist, Davant, Tutan and O’Hara, working in the Miami office under the guidance of her father and founding partner, Idus Q. Wicker. Ms. Wicker trained as a civil defense litigator, focusing her practice on premises liability, products liability, insurance coverage, Employer "B" Liability, and subrogation claims.

In 1998, Ms. Wicker was asked to become a partner at the law firm of Kelley, Kronenberg, Kelley, Gilmartin, Fichtel and Wander P.A., for the purpose of establishing a Liability Department to support the firm’s existing Workers Compensation practice. While at Kelley, Kronenberg, Ms. Wicker developed a Liability Department that provided statewide representation to her clients in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Based on her achievements and inspired by her father’s success in the formation of Wicker & Smith in 1952, Ms. Wicker decided to leave Kelley Kronenberg and form Wicker Law Firm P.A.
